WebSplash

You can either program the WebSplash to appear when the page loads or so that appears when a link is pressed.

Usage

Save the attached javascript files and add the following to the head of your html:

<script type="text/javascript" src="../lib/prototype.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="../lib/effects.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="../lib/dragdrop.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="splash.js"></script>

Import the css. For example:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="websplash.css" />

Showing the Splash when the page loads

Include the following code at the bottom of your page:
<script type="text/javascript">new WebSplash.Appear(500,300,false);</script>

Showing the Splash when a link is clicked

Use the following code to cause the Splash to appear when a link is clicked:
<a href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="new WebSplash.Appear(500,300, false);">Click here</a>

Effects

There are a number of effects that can be used: Appear, Puff, Drop and Slide.
